i stayed in a beautiful double room for two nights. the room was very clean and well kept. the breakfast offered many continental options and cooked dishes, i found it to be a wonderful experience.
the hotel is in a great location! though the room was a little small.

The hotel's location is excellent for exploring. Green Park station is a short walk away (about two blocks), providing access to multiple lines. Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park are also within easy walking distance from the hotel.

cold bathroomunacceptable behavior
The bathroom was quite cold. it was hard to dry my hair since i couldn't use the dryer in there, and there wasn't much light near the mirror in the room. also, the behaviour of some bar staff was just not acceptable. It really brought down the experience. we loved the location, but that bar incident was disappointing.

the location worked out great. it was close to green park station, i found that quite convenient. the breakfast included a nice buffet and hot dishes were available. the staff i encountered were super friendly and helpful..
the room i got was much smaller than i expected based on the photos. getting to my room was like navigating a maze. i had to take the elevator, go down stairs, walk through a corridor, then up some stairs before reaching my room. the facilities felt disappointing..
