room size beautiful double room comfortable bed separate shower noisy air conditioning carpet stain inconvenient elevator
i loved the room size it was a beautiful double room and it felt spacious the bed was comfortable i slept soundly each night the bathroom had both a tub and a separate shower which i really liked.
the air conditioning was a bit noisy at night it made it hard to fall asleep easily i also noticed a small stain on the carpet it detracted from the otherwise clean appearance the elevator maintenance during peak hours was inconvenient i had to use the stairs several times

i stayed in a beautiful double room for two nights. the room was very clean and well-kept. the breakfast offered many continental options and cooked dishes, i found it to be a wonderful experience.
the hotel is in a great location! though the room was a little small.

Really good Service and Prime Location
convenient location warm greetings excellent quality
The hotel's location is excellent for exploring. Green Park station is a short walk away (about two blocks), providing access to multiple lines. Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park are also within easy walking distance from the hotel.

a satisfactory experience
warm welcome friendly staff expected amenities early closure limited service late night
i appreciated the warm welcome at reception. the staff were helpful and friendly . my room included all expected amenities.
the bar closed quite early at 11pm on saturday. finding a nightcap after dinner was not possible. i had to go to bed early.

cold bathroom unacceptable behavior
The bathroom was quite cold. it was hard to dry my hair since i couldn't use the dryer in there, and there wasn't much light near the mirror in the room. also, the behaviour of some bar staff was just not acceptable. It really brought down the experience. we loved the location, but that bar incident was disappointing.

great location friendly staff nice breakfast small room maze navigation disappointing facilities
the location worked out great. it was close to green park station, i found that quite convenient. the breakfast included a nice buffet and hot dishes were available. the staff i encountered were super friendly and helpful..
the room i got was much smaller than i expected based on the photos. getting to my room seemed like navigating a maze. i had to take the elevator, go down stairs, walk through a corridor, then up some stairs before reaching my room. the facilities felt disappointing..
